HST will be teaming up with local brewing heavyweights Common Roots and Rare Form Brewing for our third annual Taproom Beer Dinner. HST Chef Matt Weekes will be coursing out a menu to pair with beers from each brewery, including a collaboration beer brewed specifically for the dinner.
